Terms of Sale

1. General

1.1 These terms of sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of firewood and other home burning fuels ("Products") through the website JPS Leicester ("Website").

1.2 By placing an order through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.3 JPS Leicester reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by JPS Leicester.

2.2 Payment for Products must be made in full at the time of placing an order online. 

2.3 Payment for Delivery can be made online at the same time as payment for the Products or you can select to Pay on Delivery. Please see our Delivery Policy for more. 

2.4 JPS Leicester reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel any order at any time.

3. Delivery

3.1 JPS Leicester will deliver Products to the address specified in your order.

3.2 Delivery charges are calculated based on the number of bulk bags ordered, starting from £10 for up to 10 bulk bags per order, and your postcode. 

3.3 Delivery times are estimates only and JPS Leicester will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

3.4 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery whether unattended or attended.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 JPS Leicester does not accept returns or offer refunds. 

4.2 If you receive faulty or incorrect Products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

5. Liability

5.1 JPS Leicester's liability for any loss or damage arising from your purchase of Products is limited to the price of the Products.

5.2 JPS Leicester will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
